After you purchase, you’ll schedule a 20-minute kickoff and complete a 5-minute intake (goals, access, guardrails). We request read-only analytics/CMS access and any past campaigns for context.
Day 2/3 - Discovery & Tracking Setup
We audit your funnel, traffic sources, and sales flow, then align UTM standards and confirm baselines (answer rate, speed-to-lead, booked calls). If needed, we’ll send lightweight snippets for your team to paste.
Day 7/10 - Audit Delivery

What Should I Know?
Is the $1,500 credited?
Yes. If you start a MOB Growth Platform build within 30 days of receiving your audit, we apply the full $1,500 to your setup fee. The credit is single-use and non-transferable.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to analytics (GA4 or equivalent), your current site/CMS (viewer or preview), and – if applicable – ad platforms for baseline metrics. No billing access is required. We can work under an NDA and will provide a minimal access checklist.
Will you implement the changes?
The audit is diagnosis + plan. Implementation happens through our 90-day MOB Growth Platform engagement: conversion pages (or retrofit), AI intake, instant follow-up, calendar/routing, pipeline/reporting, and initial CRO. If you prefer to implement internally, we include wireframes, dev notes, acceptance criteria, and a 30-min Q&A. We can also offer a paid implementation review; however, we do not manage third-party vendors outside a Platform engagement.
Do we need a whole new website?
Not necessarily. If your brand and structure are sound, we recommend a targeted retrofit of key pages and the intake system. If foundations are weak, we’ll advise a rebuild during the Platform phase – with a fixed scope and timeline.
